We stopped here while on a 9 hour road trip for dinner. It's no more than 5 minutes from rt460. The food was amazing, servers were attentive and interactive even suggesting different places to visit in the area. We had a large group including kids (with one nonverbal and food adverse) and all of them ate their dinner and were happy especially when the trains drove by. Definitely give this place a try.

My wife and I stopped here after riding bikes from Farmville on the High Bridge Trail. We got excellent service, excellent food, and excellent visiting. The food was delicious, plentiful, and artistically presented. Beautiful! I wish we'd had time and stomach space to stay longer! I actually had scoped them out on Google several days before and the visit didn't disappoint. Being small business owners ourselves, we exchanged lots of ideas and experiences. We loved the decor and the music in the background. Pa is a military veteran which blessed us even more. MiPa's Table is the best place in town and no doubt for many miles around that. And they're bicycle friendly.

I’m so happy we stumbled upon this place, definitely a hidden gem. My husband and I wanted to eat somewhere that felt like home cooking and this place did not disappoint. The staff here is incredibly friendly and makes you feel like family. I ordered the meal that had two biscuits, bacon, sausage, potatoes and came with a coffee, my husband ordered the biscuits and gravy. I decided to make a breakfast sandwich with the biscuits, eggs, bacon and sausage, sooo good. Let me say that the biscuits were absolutely delicious I could eat a basket of these. I loved that everything is farm to table, this is something that I am still getting used to eating out. I appreciate the fact that everything was made fresh and with real ingredients. I will definitely be back to try some of their other items on the menu.

Stumbled on this little gem while traveling after seeing other reviews. Wonderful breakfast. Scratch made everything. The biscuits were heaven. Sweetest ladies waited on us. Truly felt like family cooked for us.

This is my husband and I second time eating at Mipas table. Both times we were greeted and welcomed into a clean and warming environment. First time we tried their breakfast ( which was delicious) this time we tried their dinner. It was also very delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Definitely worth the money and/or drive!

Good lunch at a small town that I probably never would have gone to without a recommendation from a VA travel site. Food was good no French fries but a healthier potato option that was delicious. Service was good and we enjoyed talking with our server. There were a lot of cars parked along the tracks that my son said was because it was near a trail head. So stop by for lunch on your way back from a bike or hike.

We ate a wonderful lunch there today. I had the seasonal salad with mixed greens, fresh peaches, blueberries and feta and the most wonderful homemade Italian dressing. Husband had pulled pork with a grilled sourdough bread. Every thing was fresh and local. Off the beaten path but a great find.
